I created email, it is working fine but when log in to webmail it appear ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server. Can u help me

try this on your console:
what you get as output ?
if you get error, mostly your system has not configured imap somehow..
so, you need to retry with a clean system, or :
* reinstall courier-imap packages, then if not works again, copy /etc/init.d/courier-imap file from another similar server..

My IMAP server is working fine as shown in the above
What is realy happening, I have added 40 email users and is working fine. when I add the 41th email user i found that emailusers table in ehcp dbase is updated but maildir in /home/vmail/domainname/ is not added. I this could be the reason why when the 41th user login give
ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Can u please help me

it is really strange that the email did not work on 41th user.. Becaues I and many people use it without limit. there is no such limit.
The only mental explanation that I can guess is:
Normally, the system sends email each time a new user setup, to that new user.. so that those directories are setup.
I guess that, your system somehow did not send that initial email. That email causes system to setup the directories..
To fix try this:
open console, type "tail -f /var/log/syslog" to watch what is going on..
form an external system, such as gmail, send email to email@example.com (if domain is reachable from outside)
on another console, type:
"echo test | sendmail firstname.lastname@example.org"
if that do not work, we should investigate further.. send me syslog output too.. while sending/receiving mail,...
you may send email too, to email@example.com

the log is not complete, id is cut on middle of message...
But, I can understand/guess that, yahoo does not accept your emails..
try with gmail,
make sure that your ip is not listed in spam black lists..
Also some mail providers such as (especially) hotmail, or your case, yahoo may reject mail for some reason, such as many emails from your ip.
Especially hotmail applies very strict rules about mail receive, so I just ignore hotmail.. it asks many settings to get it working...

Can u tell me more about IP listed as spam black lists. I understand that when I sent email to yahoo it will take it as spam mail, but my server can still sent and receive email. Only for the last 2 days it start giving me problem.
Can u advise me what to do. Is there any setting in my server that i can change to overcome this problem.
My domain "ipti.edu.my" is a well mantained and registered domain since 2004. Can u test from your place to my email firstname.lastname@example.org and help to get some report/log.

You should check your ip for being listed in spam lists..
Spam lists can be found in http://www.google.com.tr/search?q=spam+list
Mostly, spam advisory also exist on those sites..
Basicly, your ip can be listed in those lists for a number of reasons.. Those reasons may be temporary or permanent.
If they are permanent, you should remove those reasons first (such as a hosting user that sends out many emails)
ıf they are temporary, then you should just request for an "unlist"
being listed on a spam list does not affect emails arriving you, it only affects email that is sent from your server to out..
So, if I test an email toward your server, it will not be blocked, or we will not understand reason..
You should test using sending email FROM your server TO OUTSIDE.
check spam lists, then try a few..
