About some support requests
I see that someone (owner of greena...) is trying to reach me by email, however he/she does not receive my emails. Maybe his/her email is not working fully. Please use (and provide me, email@example.com) an alternate email. I am sending you many emails, but obviously you cannot receive it.
when you are using your own email and your email is not working, then this is a problem.

I still did not receive your alternate email. I received your last email today, however I still don't know if you can get mines. Should we negotiate by birds if it is better :)
