Ehcp can be installed latest on Ubuntu 18.04

Do not try to install it onto Ubuntu 19.04 or 19.10. These are not fully tested.
We plan to release Ehcp 20.04, after Ubuntu 20.04 is released.
Curretly, latest Ehcp is 18.04, like/for Ubuntu version 18.04. It should most probably work also for earlier Ubuntu’s. Check download page for details.
