Conditions If ehcp provides you a free, paid or banner exchanged hosting account

In all cases:
if we think that your sites are harmful to other hosting accounts, domains, then we will de-activate your domain and let you get your files.

if we provide you a free or banner exchanged hosting account:
we keep the right to de-activate or remove all your domains/files with no reason.
Because we may need some resource at unknown times or our server may get down,
We will try to give you a chance to get your files and db.
Anyway, you have the responsibility to backup all your files and db.
