Unfortunately, There is no automatic upgrade script/program.
it is better to re-install if you have a few domains..
Or you need to handle it manually as follows:

you may download and install ehcp by:
open console, enter/copy and paste following :

wget www.ehcp.net/download
tar -zxvf ehcp_latest.tgz
cd ehcp
./install.sh

Howto host using ehcp on different platforms ?

Windows:
Now easiest way i think: install vmware or virtualbox on Windows,
install Ubuntu onto virtual machine,
then install ehcp inside...
This way, ehcp may be installed on any os...

Other Linuxes:
You need to install hosting softwares manually...Such as apache, dns, postfix, vsftpd,
ehcp installs these on Ubuntu/debian based OS'es,
but cannot install on other linuxes...
Because ehcp installs all software using apt-get...

Debugging ehcp

if you got some problem and you need to debug ehcp or your hosting services, do following:

get into your server console,
then:
tail -f /var/log/ehcp.log
tail -f /var/log/syslog

these two helps you mostly..
you may also watch for other logs on your folder /var/log

ehcp daemon writes all of what it do to: /var/log/ehcp.log
it also gives you an idea how ehcp daemon works...

Please note that ehcp is free, and ehcp developers will try to solve your problems free of charge, as much as they can... But if you need some kind of urgent help, go to that support section.

How to Modify Templates, Logo

To modify templates of ehcp or change logos/images, follow these:

go to /var/www/vhosts/ehcp/templates/default/en folder...
if you will change other template go to respective folder in templates dir...

Then modify html files there... such as loginpage_en.html, template_en.html..

dont forget to put image links/src refs with respect to ehcp folder, since these html files are displayed with respect to ehcp folder... not templates/default/en
place images/logos in ehcp/images folder...
